Capacity shows 0 hours or no revenue

Fixes for empty or odd numbers on the capacity planner.

What it is

Capacity uses team hours, assigned work and dates. Missing links between them show as zeros.

When to use it

• A person shows 0h booked.
• Likely revenue is empty.

How to do it

1. Add the team member's account email so their tasks and stages are linked.
2. Give tasks estimated hours and stages hours per week.
3. Add expected close dates to deals.
4. Check leave — a fully booked holiday week shows no free hours.
