Let clients book calls straight into your calendar.

What it is

A public page showing only 'Available' slots based on your working hours and existing commitments. Bookers give name, email, phone and reason.

When to use it

  • Replacing back-and-forth scheduling emails.
  • In your email signature or website.

How to do it

  1. Calendar → Booking links → New link.
  2. Set duration, lead time and your Zoom/Teams meeting URL.
  3. Copy the link and share it.
  4. Bookings appear in your calendar and both parties get confirmation emails.

Good to know

  • Bookers never see what your busy time is for — only that it is unavailable.
