Reviews from clients who've paid you carry a verified badge.

What it is

A review is marked verified automatically when the reviewer is a client with a recorded payment. Businesses can't edit review wording, and hiding a review needs a reason, which is logged.

When to use it

• Building trust on your Directory listing.

How to do it

1. Ask paying clients for a review from Reviews or an automation.
2. Verified badges appear automatically.
3. To hide a review, give a reason; it's kept on record.
