What it is

Rules that act for you — e.g. when a form is submitted, create a task and send a welcome email — plus seasonal, reactivation and broadcast campaigns.

When to use it

  • You repeat the same steps.
  • Re-engaging quiet clients.

How to do it

  1. Open Automations → New workflow.
  2. Choose a trigger, then add actions.
  3. Turn it on. Runs are logged so you can check what happened.
  4. Use Broadcasts to email a smart list (owners/admins only).

Good to know

  • Contacts who unsubscribe are excluded automatically.
