Contacting a business in the Directory

For prospective clients: how visitor accounts work.

What it is

To stop spam, anyone contacting a listed business creates a free visitor account and passes a quick human check.

When to use it

• You found a business in the Directory and want to enquire.

How to do it

1. Open the listing and choose Contact.
2. Create a visitor account (or sign in) and accept the Terms.
3. Complete the human check and send your enquiry.
