Choosing a plan: Free, Pro or Agency

What each plan includes and who it suits.

What it is

Free includes Dashboard, Contacts and Pipeline. Pro (£49/month or £490/year) unlocks every tool for one person. Agency (£55 per seat per month or £550 per seat per year, minimum 5 seats) gives every team member every tool plus the owner's agency console.

When to use it

  • You are deciding whether to upgrade.
  • Your team is growing past one person.

How to do it

  1. Start on Free to organise contacts and deals.
  2. Upgrade to Pro when you want to send proposals, invoices, bookings and automations.
  3. Choose Agency when you have five or more people and want oversight of their projects, capacity and revenue.

Good to know

  • Locked tools show a padlock in the menu; opening them explains what plan unlocks them.
  • Annual billing gives roughly two months free.
