Capture enquiries from a public quote form, Directory listing or QR code.

What it is

A public form lets prospects request a quote. A valid submission creates or updates the contact, records the request, adds an urgent follow-up task and alerts you in HappyNoodle.

When to use it

  • Adding a Get a quote link to your website or social profile.
  • Receiving a quote request through your Directory listing.

How to do it

  1. Open Quote requests.
  2. Copy your public link or QR code and share it where prospects can find it.
  3. Open a new request to review the prospect's details and requirements.
  4. Follow the linked task, then create the deal, estimate or proposal without retyping the contact.

Good to know

  • Public forms use spam protection and request throttling.
  • Directory enquiry and quote options are shown together on the business listing.
