Selling services online

Let customers book and pay for fixed-price services without a proposal.

What it is

Services lets you publish a page for each repeatable job, with price, extras, questions, available days and a deposit. A booking creates the contact, a won deal, a project and an invoice the customer pays by card.

When to use it

  • Standard jobs with a set price.
  • You want bookings while you're busy working.

How to do it

  1. Connect card payments on the Integrations page first.
  2. Open Services → New service. Choose Fixed price, set the price, deposit, VAT rate, extras, questions, available weekdays and notice.
  3. Optionally pick a project template so the work is planned automatically.
  4. Switch on Published and copy the link to share.
  5. For bespoke work choose Quote request — the page collects an enquiry instead.

Good to know

  • Card payments carry Stripe's processing fee plus a 1% HappyNoodle platform fee, taken automatically from each payment.
  • Prices are always recalculated securely, so nobody can change them in their browser.
  • Bookings are protected by a human check and limits against spam.
