Inviting, suspending and revoking team members

Manage seats on the Agency plan.

What it is

Owners and admins invite people into available seats, suspend access temporarily, or revoke it and reassign the seat.

When to use it

  • Someone joins or leaves.
  • Temporary leave.

How to do it

  1. Settings → Team.
  2. Invite by email into a free seat.
  3. Use Suspend to pause access, Revoke to remove it; a revoked seat becomes available again.

Good to know

  • Access is checked on every request — suspended people lose access instantly.
