Starter packs

Pre-built pipelines, templates and forms for your industry.

What it is

A starter pack sets up your pipeline stages, templates and forms for a particular type of business. You can have one active pack, or choose Custom setup and build your own.

When to use it

  • When you first join.
  • When your business changes direction.

How to do it

  1. Settings → Starter packs.
  2. Read each pack's description and choose Select on the best fit.
  3. Selecting a different pack later moves your existing deals into the new stages and retires the previous pack's items.

Good to know

  • Your contacts, invoices and projects are never deleted when you switch packs.
