Cancelling and reactivating your account

How cancellation, the 30-day window and deletion work.

What it is

Cancellation is safe-guarded: you type DELETE to confirm. You keep full access until your renewal date, then have 30 days to reactivate before permanent deletion.

When to use it

• You no longer need HappyNoodle.

How to do it

1. Settings → Account & data → Cancel account (owners only).
2. Type DELETE and confirm.
3. Changed your mind? Use Reactivate in the same place any time before deletion.
