Switching from a big CRM

Moving from a big CRM to HappyNoodle

Enterprise CRMs are built for sales teams. If you're paying for features you never use, here's how to switch.

Sound familiar?

  • Per-seat pricing that keeps climbing
  • Complex setup for simple needs
  • Invoicing and projects are extra add-ons
  1. 1

    Export contacts and deals

Most CRMs let you export contacts and deals as CSV files from their settings or reports area.

  2. 2

    Import your contacts

Export your contacts as a CSV file, then open Contacts › Import in HappyNoodle. Match your columns (name, email, phone, company) and check the preview before importing.

  3. 3

    Map deal stages

Create matching stages under Pipeline and add open deals. Only move live deals — closed ones can stay in your export.

  4. 4

    Switch on automations

Set up follow-up reminders and overdue invoice chasers. Nothing is sent without your approval.

  5. Cancel your old CRM only after your first month in HappyNoodle, once you're confident everything is across.

Run the whole business from one place.

Set up your workspace in minutes. Your pipeline, project plan and calendar come ready to use.
