No. Colleagues who are not involved see a private meeting only as Busy; participants and managers can see its details. Team messages are limited to their channel members and are never shown to clients.
No. While your membership stays active, the plan price you joined on is protected from future public price increases. Your loyalty reductions continue from that protected starting price.
No. Your chosen bill is covered, then your normal monthly billing continues at the loyalty price you had reached. A banked free month does not send your loyalty journey back to the start.

Card payments go through your own Stripe account via Stripe Connect. Each card payment carries Stripe's normal processing fee plus a 1% HappyNoodle platform fee, deducted automatically. Bank transfers and other payments you record yourself carry no HappyNoodle fee.
